1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using syfTec services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
syfTec provides professional video production equipment and solutions, including but not limited to:
- Video recording and broadcast systems
- Surveillance and security solutions
- Live production equipment
- Media Asset Management (MAM) systems
- Consultation and technical support services
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Information Accuracy
You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 Business Accounts
B2B business accounts may require additional verification and are subject to specific terms according to commercial agreements.
4. Orders and Delivery
4.1 Quotes and Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed in writing.
4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided as estimates. syfTec strives to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
4.3 Inspection and Acceptance
Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any apparent defects within 48 hours.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) depending on region, excluding taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are:
- Net 30 days for established customers
- Payment upon order for new customers
- 50% deposit for custom orders
5.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur interest charges at the prevailing legal rate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the syfTec website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of syfTec or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Warranties
7.1 Product Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Duration and conditions vary by product.
7.2 Service Warranty
We warrant that our professional services will be provided with reasonable skill and care.
7.3 Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications
- Force majeure events
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, syfTec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in case of violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
