Coachella needed a robust production system to capture performances across 8 stages simultaneously over two weekends, with real-time streaming to YouTube and archival quality recording for post-event content creation.
Solution
Deployed mobile production units with 8-16 channel configurations per stage, totaling 96 channels across the festival. Implemented centralized monitoring, redundant recording, and live streaming workflows with automatic failover.
Results
Captured over 150 performances across two weekends with zero system failures. Live streams reached 15 million viewers globally. Post-event content generated 50 million views and created a valuable archive for future documentary use.
